Tea and Water

There was an interesting article in The Economist on 2/28/09.

The article, " Excess Liquidity" describes the "suprising amount of water needed to produce some everyday items."

The good news is that tea requires a tenth (1/10) of the amount of water from growing and processing to brewing as coffee requires. So you can drink your cup of tea and feel good!
